Ordering a Duplicate Diploma

If you need to order a duplicate diploma, please contact El Camino High School's secretary at 562) 210-3598.

You will need to provide the following:

1. Your name at the the time of graduation

2. Date of Birth

3. Date of Graduation (if known)

4. Current Home Address,  Email Address & Phone #

5. Pay the fee of $40 (Cash or money order payable to El Camino High School) 

6. Provide your ID/DL when placing the order and also when picking up your diploma

If you graduated more than 10 years ago, you will need to obtain your official transcript from the district office (see transcript ordering information above). Provide ECHS secretary the transcript with your request to order a duplicate diploma.

When the duplicate diploma arrives, you will be notified by phone and/or email.

Your official transcript also states whether or not  you graduated and provides the date of graduation. This is a great option when you need to provide proof that you are a graduate and do not have time to wait for the duplicate diploma to come in.

 



GED RECORDS

GED records are not archived at the District.

Please contact the California Dept. of Education (916) 319-0800 for instructions on how to obtain your GED Records.

Students, Parents and Alumni have a new, online service where they can request an official high school transcript and send it to the college of their choice with just a few clicks. With Parchment, the leader in eTranscript exchange, education credentials are requested, sent and delivered electronically, securely and confidentially.

The first time you visit the Parchment website, a one-time account set up is required. 

During the registration process, you will be asked to provide the following: 

  • Enrollment status (currently or not currently enrolled)
  • Birth date
  • Student ID number
  • Email address

 

Parchment Fees: 

  • Unofficial Electronic Transcripts - FREE 
  • Electronic Transcript Requests - $4.15 per transcript
  • US Mail Delivery - Additional $2.50
  • Expedite Delivery FedEx - $25.00 +  $4.15 per transcript
