Program for teens that become pregnant and need support finishing their highschool education. CalLearn provides incentives for great academic achievement and financial support for books, school supplies and childcare.

The Foster & Kinship Care Education Program is a statewide program that provides a variety of workshops/training programs for foster parents (parent education), and specialized training for relative caregivers, including SCI, Basic and In-service training. FKCE/DCFS Orientations are offered to support relative care providers with their involvement with child protective services.

MAMA's Neighborhood
MAMA’s provides prenatal and postpartum care at no charge.
MAMA’s care team will work closely with you throughout your pregnancy, and up to one year postpartum, to make sure you have everything you need to promote health and wellbeing for you and your family. This includes support around issues such as:
- Stress
- Mental health
- Complicated relationships
- Substance use
- Housing
- Parenting education
- Access to healthy foods
A care coordinator will work with you to help you keep your medical appointments and connect you to the services and support you need to be happy and healthy.

The Parent Project: Parenting for Parents with Teens
This is a court approved program designed for parents with children who have behavioral difficulties. This program is bilingual in English and Spanish.
Material Fee: $40
This material can be considered as a prevention measure as well.

City of Norwalk WINGS Program: Youth Intervention Group
Open to Norwalk Residents only
This is a 10-week intervention program where teens receive life skills in a group counseling setting. This is only for Middle and High School adolescents between 13 -18 years of age.
Cost: $10*
*This is free to youth with parents who register in the Parent Project.
