ELIGIBILITY
Your child is eligible to receive services if he/she:
- Is between 0-18 years of age
- Has no health insurance or has MediCal
- Resides within the areas of the participating schools
- Meets low income criteria

Vida Health Clinic
Vida Health Clinic serves uninsured patients.
Hours of Operation:
Open from 9:00 to 5:30 PM Monday - Friday
Open from 9:00 to 2:00 PM Saturday & Sunday

- $65 - $85 per visit*
- Some medication is available at the clinic for an additional charge

Surgery Without Borders
They provide surgical services for people who are in a period without medical coverage.
They assist community members who:

Do not qualify for state or federal health insurance programs such as Medi-Cal or Medicaid.

Have health insurance that does not cover surgeries, such as Emergency Medi-Cal or Emergency Medicaid.

Live in any city in the United States.

Work independently or part-time.
